Be sure to order smoke bisquits. Unit does not come with them and they don't tell you this when ordering. Other wise GREAT unit.

Have used this smoker to cook beef jerky and spare ribs, excellent results on both. Best feature is setting the cook time / temp then setting the smoke time and go about my Saturday activities. Check on and turn meat at 3 hours then again when nearing completion. Simple and easy.
