For maximum strength, the 24 inch x 36 inch sanitary nickel-plated cooking grate is made from 0.25 inch and 0.5 inch round steel bars and is perfect for high production cooking. This grate also comes with inch Cool Spring inch safety grips and adjusts to four different cooking heights. Patented flip-back grill feature allows for easy charcoal servicing and clean out. Firebox is fabricated from heavy-duty 1/10 inch thick (12 ga.) steel with 0.19 inch thick by 4.25 inch wide steel channels welded to the underside for reinforcement.
